1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the High Court by
the impugned order and the cost of ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) was
directed to be paid not only by the petitioner but also by the respondent No.5-the
son of the petitioner.
3. The petitioner alone is aggrieved by the imposition of cost and it is submitted
