O R D E R
1. After arguing the case for some time, learned senior counsel
for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to withdraw the writ
petition with liberty to the petitioner to join/initiate the
proceedings before the Bombay High Court so as to participate in
the settlement and/or recovery processes stated to be already
underway between the company and the aggrieved investors.
