UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Time is sought by the learned counsel appearing for the Union
of India.
We find that in terms of the order dated 9th December, 2022,
the Union of India has not responded. Our attention is also
invited to an order dated 28th March, 2023 passed by this Court in
the case of similarly situated persons in Writ Petition (C)
No.607/2022. Considering the said order and considering the
observations made in the order dated 9th December, 2022 passed in
the present Petition, the Union of India must come out with an
immediate solution.
