the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad rejecting the prayer for bail; hence, the
special leave petition is dismissed.
2. The trial court is encouraged to expedite the trial.
3. If there be any change of circumstances or no reasonable progress to
conclude the trial is achieved within one year next from date of communication
