UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. The petitioner in person insist on making submissions herself
by saying that the lawyer engaged by her is sitting by her side.
However, the concerned AOR Mr. D.K. Sharma informs that on request
of the petitioner, he has given the no objection. The report
(dated 11.12.2023) by the Registrar (Judicial Processes) indicates
that the petitioner should be provided with the services of an
