UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay condoned.

However, we find no good ground and reason to interfere with

the impugned judgment/order passed by the High Court.

The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

We would, however, request the trial court to expedite the

trial to the extent possible. Needless to state, the observations

made by the High Court in the impugned judgment/order would not

weigh with the trial court and the trial court shall proceed to

consider the matter on merits, b...
