O R D E R
1. The application for amendment of prayer is
allowed.
2. Despite service, no appearance has been
entered on behalf of respondent.
3. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such
consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds
urged by the petitioner and accept the same.
Therefore, Case No. F.C.O.P No. 1454 of 2022 titled
as “Uppala Uma Maheshwerlu Vs. Uppala Sivaranjani @
Simhadri Sivaranjani” pending before the Court of
Family Court Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar,
Telangana State is ordered to be transferred to the
Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri,
Andhra Pradesh.

4. The Court of Family Court Judge, R.R.
District at L.B. Nagar, Telangana State shall send
the case record to the transferee(s) Court promptly
and without any delay.
5. The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
6. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed
of.
