2. The High Court by the impugned
judgment and order has rejected the
appellant’s prayer for bail.
3. We have heard learned counsel appearing
for the parties.
4. It has been brought to our notice that
several co-accused have been enlarged on
bail by this Court vide order dated 25th
October, 2024 in Criminal Appeal Nos.4410-
2
4412/2024.
5. Since the appellant stands on the same
footing, we are also inclined to grant bail to
him on the same terms and conditions as
imposed by the order dated 25th October,
2024. Ordered accordingly.
6. The impugned judgment and order stands
set aside.
7. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed on the
aforesaid terms.
8. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
