2. None appeared for the respondent(s) despite service of notice.
3. The petitioner, Ms. Sonia Sharma, is wife of Saurabh Gautam
(arrayed as respondent in T.P.(Crl.) No. 62/2025 and T.P.(C) No.
288/2025), who is a relative of Arun Kumar Gautam (respondent in
T.P.(Crl.) No. 122/2025). Inter se parties four cases are pending
in different courts at Baghpat (Uttar Pradesh).
4. Ms. Sonia Sharma by filing these transfer petitions seek
transfer of three proceedings, namely, (a) Complaint Case
No.621/2022/Computer Case No.5245/2022, titled “Arun Kumar Gautam
v. Sonia Sharma & Ors.”, from the Court of Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Laksar, Haridwar, Uttarakhand to a competent Court at
District Baghpat, U.P.; (b) Crl. Case No.795/2024, titled “Sourabh

Gautam v. Soniya Sharma & Ors.”, from the Court of Judicial
Magistrate, Laksar, Haridwar, Uttarakhand to a competent court at
Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh; and (c) HMA Petition No.115/2024, titled
“Saurabh Gautam v. Sonia & Ors.”, from Family Court, Laksar,
Haridwar, Uttara...
