states that he may be allowed to withdraw the
present petition under Article 32 of the Constitution
of India, leaving it open for the petitioners to
pursue their remedies before jurisdictional High
Court for appropriate relief.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed
as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
