Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the

standing counsel for the State, we are of the considered opinion

that the appellant is entitled to be enlarged on bail.

Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and the appeal is

allowed directing the release of the appellant on bail on terms and

conditions as imposed by the trial court.
