1. Nobody has entered appearance for the respondent-
State though duly served. Let a copy of the SLP paperbooks
be again served on the Standing Counsel representing the
State of Assam.

served however, the same has received back with postal
remarks “Addressee expired/unclaimed. Return to sender”.
