O R D E R
We have heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for
the petitioners and the learned counsel for appearing for the
respondents.
On a perusal of the records, we consider it
appropriate to transfer O.S. No. 267/2024, titled ‘Sudhir Singh
Vs. Puja Kumari’, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand to the Court of Principal Judge,
Family Court at Hajipur, District- Vaishali, Bihar and Complainant
Case No.3059/2024, titled ‘Sudhir Singh Vs. Puja Kumari & Others’,

pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate at
Jamshedpur, Jharkhand to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur,
District-Vaishali, Bihar.
Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings
are pending to the transferee Court promptly and without any
delay.
The Transfer Petitions stand allowed in the
aforesaid terms.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
