O R D E R
1. Despite service, no appearance has been
entered on behalf of respondent.
2. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such
consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds
urged by the petitioner and accept the same.
Therefore, Case No. 116 of 2022 titled as “Sanjay
Tiwary Vs. Archana Sharma” pending before the
Family Court, Bara, Rajasthan is ordered to be
transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
3. The Family Court, Bara, Rajasthan shall send
the case record to the transferee(s) Court promptly
and without any delay.
4. The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
