This   petition   is   filed   under   Section   25   of   the   Code   of   Civil

Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of RCS HM­Regular Civil Suit No.

210A of 2022  titled as “Sawan Kumar Singh Vs. Neha Singh”  from

the Family Court at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh to the Family Court at

Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Notice was issued by this court on 27.01.2023.   After the sole

respondent was duly served, the matter was listed on two occasions

i.e. on 22.02.2023 and 28.02.2023, but no one had put in appearance

on his behalf despite service.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the sole respondent

even today.

Having   heard   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   having

considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and

proper to allow this transfer petition. Accordingly,  RCS HM­Regular
