O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for
the respondent, on instructions, submits that he has no objection if
F.SUIT NO. 2355 OF 2022 titled as “Shukla Abhinav Prakash
Narayan Vs. Jyoti Kumari” is transferred from the Family Court,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai,
Maharashtra.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having
considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and
proper to allow this transfer petition. Accordingly, F. SUIT NO. 2355
OF 2022 titled as “Shukla Abhinav Prakash Narayan Vs. Jyoti
Kumari” is ordered to be transferred from the Family Court,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai,
Maharashtra.

Court on 03.05.2023.
