IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL ORIGINAL JURISDICTION
TRANSFER PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 96/2024
MALATHI PATNANA PETITIONER(S)

GODI KRISHNA CHAITANYA RESPONDENT(S)
ORDER
The present transfer petition has been filed

petition bearing F.C.O.P. No.691 of 2022, titled as
“Godi Krishna Chaitanya Vs. Malathi Patnana”,
pending in the Principal Family Court at

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

respondent on the ground that the petitioner is in
job at Hyderabad in Telangana and as such, there is

The above contention stands established by
the petitioner’s employment letter dated 22.03.2021

divorce proceeding pending in the Court of
Hyderabad.
