1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are not
inclined to set aside the impugned order. However,
considering the facts of the case, the bail application to be
filed by the appellant is directed to be taken up and
disposed of within a period of two weeks by the Trial Court
in which case, the reasons assigned in declining the
anticipatory bail in the impugned order will not come in the
way.
3. The appeal is accordingly disposed of on the above terms.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
