UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel appointed through legal aid for the benefit of the
petitioner prays that the records may be summoned so that she may thoroughly
go through the same and prepare the matter.
2. In view of the above, let the Registry call for the soft copies of the records
of the trial court as well the High Court. Upon receiving the same, soft copies of
the records may be supplied to the learned legal aid counsel.
