UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner was placed at merit No.1 in the overall ranking,
and yet the appointment issued to her has been withdrawn on
the ground that the petitioner is a Scheduled Caste
candidate, and no post for Scheduled Caste Category was
available.
2. Issue notice.
3. In addition, service through dasti mode is also
permitted.
