1. The petitioner-wife has filed the present petition before
this Court under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 seeking transfer of Divorce Petition bearing HMA No.379
of 2022 titled 'Amandeep Singh Vs. Manmeet Kour & Ors.'
pending before the Principle Judge, Family Court at Pathankot
to the Principle Judge, Family Court at Jammu.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking
into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition,
we allow the transfer petition and direct transfer of HMA
No.379 of 2022 titled 'Amandeep Singh Vs. Manmeet Kour & Ors.'
pending before the Principle Judge, Family Court at Pathankot
to the Principle Judge, Family Court at Jammu.
3. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.

4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for
compliance.
5. If video conferencing facility is available with the
transferee Court, the benefit of the same shall be extended to
the parties.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
