As per office report, Petitioner has filed fresh particulars
and particulars of the Trial Court but has not filed spare copies,
though last opportunity was granted.
However, as prayed two days time is granted as a last chance
to the petitioner, for the said purpose.
If spare copies are filed, Registry to issue notice to the
respondent and list again on 7.2.2025.
In case of default, process the matter for listing before the
Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
