UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner invites attention to the
order passed in Transfer Petition (C) No.85/2026 dated 16.01.2026.
2. Issue notice, returnable on 10.04.2026.
3. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in
Maintenance Petition Case No.MNT125/262/2022, titled “Nandini Dave
Vs. Vinod Kumar Dave”, pending before the learned Principal Family
Judge, Family Court, Ambala (Haryana).
4. It is clarified that the order dated 11.09.2025 passed in
Maintenance Petition Case No.MNT125/262/2022 granting interim
maintenance has not been stayed.
