UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. When the matter was called out Mr. M. Gireesh Kumar, learned
counsel appearing for the petitioner drew the attention to the
Court to the order of this Court passed on 02.08.2024. Mr. M.
Gireesh Kumar submits that the amount as directed by this Court in
paragraph 4 of the said order has not been fully deposited.
2. Mr. S.P. Chaly, learned senior counsel appearing for the
respondent(s)/alleged contemnor(s) seeks and is granted six weeks’
time to make up the deficit.
