We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders,
which are in the nature of interim orders passed on the date when
the appeals had come up for hearing before the National Company Law
Appellate Tribunal1, New Delhi. These orders did not decide any
substantive lis. Hence, these appeals are dismissed without
examining the merits of any of the issues and contentions, which
are left open to be raised before the NCLAT.
