Pradesh to the Court of Chief Judicial
Magistrate, West District, Tis Hazari
Courts, Delhi.
2. After hearing the learned counsel
appearing for the parties, we do not find
any case is made out for interference in
the present petition.
3. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is
dismissed.
