O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The prayer made in the present appeal is for grant of
pre-arrest bail to the appellant in connection with FIR No.249 of
2025 dated 3rd November, 2025 registered at Police Station
Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.
3. While issuing notice in the present matter on 7th January,
2026, this Court granted interim bail to the appellant.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submitted
that the appellant has joined investigation and as per the
instructions received by him, his custodial interrogation is not
required.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the interim bail granted
to the appellant by this Court on 7th January, 2026 is made
absolute subject to the condition that the appellant shall
appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called
upon and shall continue cooperating during investigation and
also the trial, in case chargesheet is filed.
6. The appeal is accordingly allowed.
