UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner at a

considerable length and on carefully perusing the material placed

on record, we are of the considered view that the petitioner has

got an efficacious alternative remedy to approach the High Court

under Article 226 of the Constitution for redressal of its

grievance.

2. We, accordingly, dispose of the instant Writ Petition

relegating the petitioner to avail the said alternative remedy.

3. Owing to the urgency of the matter, we request the High

Court to take up the matter at the earliest.
