UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
2. We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition under
Article 32 of the Constitution of India.
3. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the
appropriate Court for the remedy which has been sought before us.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the
aforesaid liberty.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
