Heard Mr. C.R. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners (claimants). Also heard Mr Atul Nigam, learned
counsel appearing for the Insurance Company. The respondent No.1,
who was riding the offending motor-cycle is however unrepresented.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the High
Court has reduced the compensation awarded by the Motor Accident
Claims Tribunal (MACT) on erroneous basis...
