2. The appellant challenges the judgment and order dated
19.08.2025 in CRM-M No. 43332 of 2025, titled “Arvind Vs.
State of Punjab”, passed by the High Court of Punjab and
Haryana High Court at Chandigarh.
3. On 13.01.2026, this Court passed the following
order:-
“1. The petitioner challenges the judgment and order dated 19.08.2025 in CRMM No.43332/2025 passed by the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh.
2. Delay condoned.
3. Issue notice, returnable on 23.02.2026.
4. Ms. Nupur Kumar, learned Advocate- on-Record accepts notice on behalf of the State of Punjab.
5. Let counter affidavit be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within one week thereafter.

6. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Investigating/Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as may be imposed and found to be just, fair and reasonable.
7. The petitioner shall appear before the Investigation Officer on 28.01.2026 at 11.00 A.M. and thereafter, as and when called upon.
