The present matter has been listed in pursuance of the office
report for direction submitted by the Registry in which the
Registry has requested that appropriate order be passed for
disbursal of suitor’s fund amount of Rs. 50,000/- lying in the
Registry.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, it has been
pointed out that the appeal filed by the appellant has been
dismissed by this Court and, therefore, the aforesaid suitor’s fund
