UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Issue notice, returnable on 16.02.2026.
3. Meanwhile, operation of the impugned order dated
17.12.2025, passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, shall
remain stayed.
4. However, the order dated 19.05.2025, passed by the Family
Court at Pune, shall be given full effect.
