UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

1. The petitioners claim themselves to be the residents of Akbar

Nagar, Lucknow where they are stated to be resided for decades.

It is stated that some demolition proceedings were carried out in

September, 2023 on the ground that the construction in Akbar Nagar

is unauthorised. The matter was taken up before the High Court

where a rehabilitation policy for those affected by demolition was

directed to be framed and that decision of the High Court was
