O R D E R
1. The petitioner, who is a practicing advocate and is present in
person, states that having realised his bona fide mistake, he does
not want to pursue the petition which he filed under Section 528 of
the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. He also undertakes
not to file any such complaint/application/petition/case in any
other format before any forum as he did through Complaint dated
12.10.2020 sent to SHO, Police Station Govindgarh, District Alwar.
