In the previous order dated 15.12.2025, we had
required the applicant-petitioner, Chandigarh
Administration, to ensure full compliance with the
award of the Lok Adalat within the next 48 hours and to
file a report to that effect before 19.12.2025.
Today, learned counsel appearing for the
Chandigarh Administration has placed before us a copy

of the communication dated 17.12.2025 making an
allotment in favour of the respondent, Sanjeev Verma.
