O R D E R
Having heard learned senior counsel for the
parties and after perusing the material placed on
record, we do not find any merit in this appeal
warranting interference in the impugned judgment and
order dated 28th February, 2022 passed by the High
Court of Judicature at Bombay.
2. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
3. However, on the request of Mr. Sanjib Sen,
1
learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants,
that some reasonable time may be allowed to the
appellants to vacate the premises as they had already
stayed in the said premises for a very long time, we
grant a year’s time to the appellant(s) to vacate the
premises from today subject to the appellant(s)
filing the usual undertaking in this regard
before this Court within two weeks from
today. The appellant(s) shall handover vacant and
peaceful possession to the respondent(s) on or
before the expiry of the aforesaid period.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
