As per the office report, the respondent has been served.
However, none has appeared on behalf of the respondent.
By the order dated 21.03.2022 notice was issued and vide
order dated 27.04.2023, proceedings in F.C.O.P. No.207 of 2021
titled “Bojja Praveen Kumar vs. Bojja @ Padala Durga” pending
before the court of Family Judge (III Addl. District Judge) at
Warangal, Telangana were stayed. It is, therefore, apparent that
the respondent would be aware of the pendency of the present
petition.
In view of the aforesaid, the respondent is proceeded ex-
parte.
Having given due consideration to the contentions raised by
the petitioner, the averments made in the transfer petition, and in
the interest of justice, the transfer petition is allowed.
Accordingly, F.C.O.P. No.207 of 2021 titled “Bojja Praveen
Kumar vs. Bojja @ Padala Durga”, presently pending before the
Family Court Judge, Family Court at Hanumakonda, Telangana is

directed to be transferred to the court of Presiding Officer,
Family Court, Kakinada, District - East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh,
who may hear the case himself or assign it to a court of competent
jurisdiction.
