Leave granted.
We have heard learned counsel for parties.
A-1 and A-3 , who attacked the deceased and
inflicted fatal blow are in custody. A-4 to A-6
have been granted bail. The appellant is A-2. It
is not disputed that the role assigned to A-2 in
the incident is of the overt act in attacking the
injured eye-witness.
In view of the aforesaid facts and
circumstances of the case, we grant bail to the
appellant on terms and conditions to the
satisfaction of the trial Court.
The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
