Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The appellant has been in custody for four

years and it is stated by learned counsel for the

respondent that now five witnesses have been

examined and another eight witnesses will have to

be examined.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the

case, we grant bail to the appellant on terms and

conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The appeal stands disposed of.
