Learned counsel for the parties submit that this
appeal involves similar issues as are involved in Civil
Appeal No.2591 OF 2022 titled ‘Executive Engineer, KNNL
Vs. Annarao @ Anveerappa & Anr.’, and connected cases
decided on 10th May, 2022, whereby the concerned
appeals/petitions were remanded to the High Court for
reconsideration and the parties were directed to appear
before the High Court on 11.07.2022.
Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in the same
terms.

It will be open to the parties to request the High
Court to take up this matter on 11.07.2022 along with
concerned batch of remanded matters.
