UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
This Special Leave Petition is filed against an
order passed by the High Court refusing to interfere
with the order passed by the Family Court by which
interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month was
granted to the respondent-wife. The direction of the
Family Court is to pay maintenance from the date of
filing of the application.
