Leave granted.
The appellant, being an accused in C.R. No.36 of 2018
registered with Police Station Talegaon MIDC, Pune, Maharashtra for
offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 201, 143, 147, 148
and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4(25) of the
Arms Act, 1959 seeks regular bail while questioning the judgment
and order dated 17.12.2021 as passed by the High Court of
Judicature at Bombay in Bail Application No. 1790 of 2021.
It has, inter alia, been argued that in connection with this
case, the appellant has suffered incarceration of over four years;
the investigation has already been completed; and charge sheet has
been filed.
It has further been submitted that though while rejecting bail
application, the High Court has referred to the alleged motive
behind the offence in the manner that some of the persons of G.T.

Boys Group had killed the brother of the appellant but, the name of
the deceased was not involved in assassination of the brother of
the appellant and therefore, the theory suggestive of motive is
