We find no reason to interfere with the impugned

order. The special leave petition is dismissed. Pending

applications stand disposed of.

We, however, leave it open to the petitioner to seek

early disposal of the petition. It is for the High Court to

take an appropriate decision in this regard bearing in mind

the facts.
