UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The claim in the instant petition pertains to admission of the
petitioner in MBBS course against a seat reserved for NRI sponsored
candidates. He failed to submit the requisite certificate before
the cut-off date due to which, his name finally did not appear in
the list of the candidates offered admission, though he was amongst
the candidates who were provisionally shortlisted for admission
