UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and as

it is reported that, charges have already been framed, we direct

the learned Special Court to conclude the trial at the earliest but

not later than one year from today. It is the duty cast upon the

prosecution to bring the witnesses. If in case for any reason not

attributable to the accused, the trial is not completed within a

period of 1 year as aforesaid, it will be open for the accused to

renew his prayer...
