2. Appellant challenges the judgment and
order dated 02.12.2025 in S.B. Criminal
Miscellaneous Second Bail Application
No.9888/2025 passed by the High Court of
Judicature for Rajasthan at Jaipur, titled
“Sakan Singh Khadiya vs. State of
Rajasthan”.
3. The appellant was arrested in
connection with Crime No.311 of 2024
registered at Ramnagariya Police Station,
Jaipur City (East), Rajasthan for the
offences punishable under Sections 419,
Crl. A. @ S.L.P.(Crl) No.20723 of 2025 1
420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the
Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention
of Unfair Means) Act, 1992.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the
parties, and perused the material placed
on record, we are of the considered view
that the appellant has made out case for
interference with the impugned order dated
02.12.2025.
5. Considering the totality of
circumstances and also the fact that the
appellant has been in custody since
27.07.2024, we are inclined to grant bail
to the appellant on such terms as may be
fixed by the Trial Court. Ordered
accordingly.
