1. Leave granted.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. This appeal arises from an order dated
07.05.2025 passed by the High Court of
Judicature at Allahabad, whereby the regular
bail prayer of the appellant in connection with
FIR No. 366/2024, registered at P.S. Swar
District Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, was rejected.
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the
appellant submits that from the tenor of the
First Information Report (FIR) lodged against
the appellant, it appears that the appellant

and the victim knew each other for quite some
time and were in some kind of relationship. The
allegations, inter alia, are about sending
objectionable photographs pertaining to their
past relationship.
5. It has been submitted that the appellant
has been in custody since 21.11.2024 and the
trial is nowhere near conclusion. Therefore, it
is a fit case for grant of bail.
6. Learned counsel for the State has opposed
the prayer for bail. However, he could not
dispute that pending trial appellant has
suffered incarceration since 21.11.2024.
