Having given due consideration to the averments made

in the transfer petition, and in the interest of justice, we

are inclined to allow the transfer petition.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed and

Marriage Petition No. 1099 of 2021, titled ‘Mr. Gyanaranjan

Muduli Versus Mrs. Monali Gyanaranjan Muduli’ pending before

the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane, Maharashtra,

is directed to be transferred to the Court of Presiding

Officer, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha, who may hear

the case himself or assign it to a court of competent

jurisdiction.

Records of the case would be immediately transferred

to the transferee court.

The parties are directed to appear, either in person

or through an authorized representative, before the

transferee court on 19th October, 2022. However, in case there

is non-appearance, court notice would be issued to the

defaulting party.

The parties may explore the possibility of settlement

through mediation. The transferee court would obtain the

desire and wishes of the parties and proceed accordingly in

this regard.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed

of.
