Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present petition has been filed by the

petitioner-wife seeking transfer of a petition

filed by the respondent-husband pending before the

1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court,

Raipur, Chhattisgarh to the Family Court, Angul,

Odisha.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits

that he has filed an affidavit on behalf of the

respondent stating that the respondent has no

objection on the prayer of transfer.

We have also considered the facts of the case

and grounds on which transfer has been sought. On

such consideration, we are satisfied with the

grounds urged by the petitioner and accept the

same. Therefore, HMA Petition No. 987 of 2021

titled as “Jogesh Chandra Nayak Vs. Jyotimayee

Priyadarshani" pending before the 1st Additional

Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court,

Angul, Odisha.

The 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family

Court, Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall send the case

record to the transferee Court promptly and without

any delay.

The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed

of.
